Is that weird?

Maybe it's the fact that it kinda tastes like chicken soup, but I don't eat any meat except fish...

3. I've heard that miso is excellent for immune health

and that it has a lot of B vitamins, enzymes, and helpful bacteria much like yogurt does. I love the stuff.
