Which effin disease is gonna come next?

Since school started for the kids I've been feeling well for about three days total... this is one of those days, hallelujah. I've had a week-long headache, a head cold followed by a chest cold, a strange fever accompanied by sore throat, then a week of nausea with a sick headache in the background. Is it just me, or are sicknesses getting longer and more bizarre as I age? Are we being used as guinea pigs for a vast experiment with chemical means of warfare? :crazy:

I went to bed at nine last night but was up every couple hours for some reason. Still, I think my cold is gone. My headache is gone. My stomach feels okay... Cool. :D Hi, mainegreen. :hi:

I don't go unless I'm close to death. I have a few major health issues & so tend to wait for the smaller stuff to pass.

Go if it's

1) Serious or significant

2) It's unexplained

11. Here is my cure

I am a nurse and I am exposed to disease everyday. Just drink lots, the alcohol kills all the bad stuff! :)

13. I'm a nurse, too.

My cure: Get rid of the kids. They're little walking germ factories.
I worked in a family clinic. Stayed sick the whold time. Had recurrent bouts of bronchitis, pneumonia(seven times in 3 years), asthma. Been retired since '98 and haven't even had a cold since.
