1. Chicken and wild rice casserole

2. Beef Stroganov

Steak strips browned, then simmered in gravy w/ sour cream.
A bit of garlic and lots of black pepper, served on a bed of fettuccine al dente.

Steamed broccoli on the side.

Pork loin roast, red potatoes w/ skin, shallots (I usually add boiling onions too, but they didn't have any at the store), inch long green beans, and home made pork gravy. :9
