1. A couple weeks ago

someone took my Obama and Bush's last day magnets from my car. I replaced the Obama magnet with a sticker.

I also have a friend who has her obama sticker inside her rear window, and someone covered it with another sticker. I think something related to motorcycles.

2. My Obama sign got horked a couple of weeks ago too

And they left the Kirsten Gillebrand sign.

I had an Obama/Biden sign out there too, and they left it, but that one was closer to the front door.

There are A LOT of McCain/Palin signs on my street :puke:

3. this morning the one at the end of our road was tipped over

so I stopped and fixed it. A couple hours later on my way home, the sign was gone. I contacted our local dem office to let them know about it.

The only sign on our street is at the Kings' place, and of course it's Obama/Biden. In the surrounding area though, McCain is overrepresented. It's a poor town in a poor state; it's how I always end up dating republicans BUT I still think we'll go blue because southern Mainers are a bit more on the ball.

I am so glad I live where I do. I see McCain signs and Obama signs...right next to one another. My Bush "1-20-09 sign is still on my truck.

But we are a live and let live group down here.

I am so happy to live in a place of tolerance and free speech.
