i've been in Philly when it was 100 and mercilessly humid (39 percent humidity --yes that's humid) and I've been in Phoenix when it was 117 and dry (12 percent humidity). Phoenix was worse.
that said, 100 dry is a lot better than 100 humid, but both are quite unpleasant and the humid one is dangerous.

I'm pretty damn glad we've got the humidity down here in Florida. People complain about the humidity that comes with the heat down here, but for me, heat without humidity is much worse.
