8. I once had a minister tell me

That all prayers boiled down to one of three things: "Please!", "Thank you!" and "Wow!".

Tonight's the night for "Please!". I'm praying my hardest that tomorrow night will be "Thank you!", and we'll all be going "Wow!" on January 20, 2009.

The righteous will rejoice when they see vengeance done; they will bathe their feet in the blood of the Republicans*.

People will say, "Surely there is a reward for the righteous; surely there is a God who judges on earth."


* the original Hebrew is "wicked", but hermeneutically, using Republican is just as accurate.
