Why isn't there ever anything good on in the middle of the night?

Seriously....there is absolute shite on from 12:30 am right through to 5 am. I hate working overnights as it is, the least some stations could do is put something decent on, anything.
Infomercials for moneymaking schemes, boob video's, hard-on's, 5th run movies (if there's such a thing)
For the billions and billions of hours of programming that has been produced since the advent of the tv you would think every city would have at least 1 channel that would show something good.

At least I have a computer and DU to rant a bit and kill some time.

I have about a week's worth of Nightlines and Tavis Smiley to watch when there's nothing good on :)
