I hate it when Microsoft Word tells me scientific words don't exist.
Um, "phosphodiester" is a word. As is "deoxyribose".

Maybe they're creationists?

1. It doesn't like a lot of legal terms, either.
I just roll my eyes every time the spellcheck chokes on "estoppel." Seriously, Microsoft? :eyes:

Changing computers in the middle of my Master's thesis was a spell-check nightmare.

When I'm editing an SOP or some sort of technical report in Word..I have to hit skip ALL the time....

4. Check out the plugin for the 'speak' you want it to understand
There are plugins for each 'speak' that not only allow for these words, but check their spelling as well.

5. You can add words to the dictionary
but make sure they're correctly spelled when you do so. :o
