I've never seen them (the jackets, not the sullen youth) in stores.

10. I'd be afraid to light a match in most of those places.
Edited on Wed Jan-14-09 11:44 AM by DarkTirade
You walk buy and a smell of bad cologne or perfume or something is just overpowering. I think if you light a match there you'd just cause a flash-flame through the air that would suck out all the oxygen and the flame would die in seconds. So nothing except for the top layer of clothes on the shelves would get scorched.

Although everyone inside would be eyebrow-less for a few days. :P

Goths vs. douchebag vampire wannabe boners, per se.

The voice of Goth 1 (oh my Gohhd) was hysterical.

Goth 1: So, all of a sudden you Justin and Britney wannabes think it's cool to dress like us?
Vampir: We dress the way our souls feel, to express the darkness, per se.
Goth 2: Aren't you Mike Makowski?
Vampir: That's Vampir Makowski now.
Henrietta: You kids need to all go put your freakin' Banana Republic clothes back on, right now!
Sparkly Vampire: Hey, we're just as dark as you guys, maybe darker!
Goth 1: Really. Do you guys even smoke?
Vampir: Of course not. Smoking's bad for you.
Other Vamps: Yeah.
Goth 1: (buries his face in his left hand) Oh my Gohhd.

I like Hot Topic, the kids are cute and I can buy Hello Kitty stuff. I like those coats you mention but they are too big and heavy for me and my daughter would just take my coat anyway. She already wears my Hello Kitty and Domo shirts. I only get their t-shirts when it's on sale.

I've gotta say though, those plastic braclets stink to high heaven.

They stink so made I took them outside. You walk into the store and you can smell them they're so bad. You just know they have to be toxic. Long long ago when I was a preteen we girls used to wear those loops you use on those little square looms they used to make and probably still do around Christmas. You could make dorky little pot holders out of them. The adult women would get upset and we were banned from wearing them like braclets.

Out of idle curiosity, I emptied out my Ignore box (primaries era, you see) to see who your "dialog" what with as it seemed just a little too delicious to pass up.

What inanity! We half-jokingly mock a consumer store, and individuals read that as an attack on them personally.

found it at a Goodwill. For 25 bucks. There's probably at least a hundred bucks worth of material in the thing.

I actually bought it intending to cut it up to use for http://stickmanltd.com.c25.sitepreviewer.com/leather/">my leatherwork, but it was so bad-ass I couldn't bring myself to cut it up. Which is a good thing, because I just moved to a place where the temperature occasionally goes below zero, so now I need a coat.

74. Unfortunately by the time I worked up the nerve to actually ask her out or anything
I couldn't find her anymore. I guess she didn't work there for too long. Ah well. C'est la guerre.

... I totally was gonna see if she'd model some stuff for me too. I wanted to try my hand at some of the bigger things like corsets and the like. :P
