4. Here I am..also in Seattle

This was right as Obama finished the oath!

I had worked all night(my usual shift). I was exhausted, and had to run some cable down to Seattle Center (Center House) for our live shot. The damn street sweeper rolled by and severed out cables to our live truck.
The guy on the phone behind me is one of our photogs. Hardest work man I know. I am happy, honest...I just don't look it!
After this, when Obama started his speech I booked it to my wife's office. She works at a law firm that is all about civil rights, constitutional law, employment law. Very very left firm. Watched the rest of the speech there, and had a nice breakfast.
Long hard day, but a great day nonetheless.

I don't have any pictures of me that day. I spent it on my sofa, with the television on and my laptop running live webstreams. I had a bottle of Thera-flu and a bottle of champagne and was alternately laughing, cheering and crying all day.

I was going to get dressed and get a celebratory lunch-and-a-beer at a local place, but ultimately I couldn't tear myself away from the TV and computer!
