All this time I have been doing the wrong thing.

As a lot of you know, I have been fighting with this respiratory thing for over a month. I have some chest congestion, etc. So I have been eating a lot of spicy Mexican food to help break up the congestion.

Apparently because I have asthma, I should not be eating cilantro. I like cilantro in very small amounts, too much is, well, too much. Cilantro has been shown to trigger asthma.

I have not been doing the cooking - we have been going out for Mexican once a week, hard to control the cilantro if you are not the one cooking it.
