LOS ANGELES, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- Fox has picked up a pilot episode of a U.S. adaptation of the British comedy "Absolutely Fabulous," industry sources say.

I don't care if Jeniffer is producing it Fox will find a way to turn it to shit.

1. Didn't they try this already?
I'm fairly certain I remember a show that was supposed to be the American AbFab and it was canceled after the pilot or something. I could be wrong. Anyway, the Office was a fluke. No other British comedies can be successful translated into an "American" version (See "Coupling" for a prime example).
