What do i do when WinZip expires?

Gotta open my zip files! Don't want to pay! :think:

1. Uninstall WinZip, use 7-Zip.
It's permanently free.

2. I thought unzipping was built into Windows since XP
If not, there's a bunch of other free unzip utilities out there.

4. Yeah, i used to be able to open them

Then somehow WinZip started opening them... now i can't figure out how i did it the old way. :(

9. Get a smarter person to confirm
but click on any folder -> tools -> folder options -> file types tab -> scroll to ZIP extension -> singleclick Zip to highlight it -> change button and look for "Compressed (zipped) Folder" and choose.

Like I said.. get a confirmation :D

Total Commander is a file manager for Windows. Some features include a built-in FTP client, file compare, archive file navigation, and a multi-rename tool.



It handles compressed archives like subdirectories. You can easily copy files to and from archives. Supports ZIP, ARJ, LZH, TAR, GZ,CAB, RAR and ACE formats.
