Miz t. and friends are off to her first Mardi Gras parade of the season.
The Knights of Ecor Rouge crewe.
I think that roughly translates as 'red bluffs'?

To me the Mardi Gras scene in the Mobile area is an extension of the good ol' frat party days at the U. of A.
And I was part of that scene.
At the time I was into it, but it seems kind of silly to me now.

What can I say?
Miz t. enjoys scrabbling for cheap Chinese beads and Moon Pies on the streets of Fairhope, Alabama.
"HEY MISTER! THROW ME SUMPTHIN!"

At least she doesn't get her feelings hurt if I don't wish to participate.

We both worked today, so we decided that we would celebrate Valentine's Day next week. So, I'll head over the mountains Friday after work.
