I am completely confused by the latest episode, No Exit. TMI and I can't keep it all straight. What the frak happened on BG?

I think I'm going to read it twelve more times. The recap on th sci fi site was crap. So we, earthlings, are cylons who will be destroyed in a conflict with the machines we make? That's fracked up man. So we're all skinjobs? Really?
