Seriously, why the FUCK are the Jonas Brothers on SNL?
Doesn't their fanbase go to bed by 9 PM?

3. Aren't the Jonas Brothers evil right wingers or something?
Why are they on a good show for liberals anyhow?

6. They are supposed to be "evangelical Christians"
That doesn't necessarily mean they are wingnuts, but it's a good start.

5. Congratulations, you've taken the first step to acknowledging you're getting older
One of the first things to go is being able to identify with SNL.

The same thing happened to me when they put on the schmuck, Vanilla Ice. It just hasn't been the same ever since.

7. Okay I'm old,*bones creak* but SNL at one time used the music portion
of the show to expose an unknown or give air time to an artist/band that you rarely saw on the tee vee. It made the show a tad more interesting.

I saw the JB's first number. The cute boy on the left made me laugh with that eyebrow thing he does when forcing air out of his lungs.

p.s. I love Alec Baldwin on '30 Rock' but gawd damn can he not get through a sketch without looking directly at the cue cards?

14. The SNL of the 70s would have been embarrassed to have an act like JB on.
I mean, did you ever see Donny & Marie on SNL? No, you sure as hell didn't.

10. Hanson was on the show once
I recall one of the cast members on a talk show saying they were annoying obnoxious brats. SNL stopped being relevant long ago.

11. Because those purity ring wearing losers are the only "rock stars" (loose use here) who didn't...
have Valentine's Day dates, or at least coked up groupies to fuck.

15. Because seeing them act like they're real rockers is funnier than the skits.
I can't look at any one of those idiots without laughing and wondering how they made it through school without their milk money.

My nephew was watching something they're in called Camp Rock, so I sat down for a few minutes to watch with him. It's not supposed to be funny, but man, was it ever. I in tears from laughing so hard. I finally stopped watching when my midsection started to ache.

I missed them on SNL, but I quit on SNL years ago. Still, I bet each pose they struck as they were playing their cherry pop was hilarious.
