Post a masterpiece of rock and roll
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xui3sWxT-6k

In this case, the video is superfluous. The audio is the masterpiece. The visuals should be supplied by the brain. So just sit back, close your eyes and feast your ears and mind on Stand for the Fire Demon by Roky Erickson and the Aliens.

25. When is Led Zep going to pay for ripping off tunes?
Robert Johnson and Memphis Minnie's estates should get paid every time their songs are played. I like Zeppelin but the fact is that they sang tunes that did not belong to them and have never paid the writers, or rather the writers estates.
'When the Levee Breaks" is a Memphis Minnie tune and since she is long ago dead, her descendants should get something whenever that song is played in public. But the fact is that whenever someone does that tune, they are paying Robert Plant. And that is just wrong.

31. Oh I so wish I had time to watch those at the moment - have to save them.
Most musicians I've known can't count 9/8 to begin with - but their count is a 3/2/4, which makes it REALLY tough - do-do-DO do-do DO-do-DO-do / do-do-DO do-do DO-do-DO-do.

Then there's the 3/4 in one overlay on 4/4 in the transition in Mad Man Moon on Trick of the Tail (which, incidentally, is the current Musical Box tour - TheMusicalBox.com).

34. I had to do 5/4.
I never really thought about 3/2/4. I suppose it could be 2/3/4, or 4/3/2. 5/4 was the least confusing way for me.

I need to buy a new clarinet. I think I might get a theremin. I have a short attention span.

Released as the B side to 'Oh, Boy!'

It is also the last song Buddy Holly ever performed, the night before his fatal plane crash.
