"These are the legends. These are the DICK BOSSES."

http://www.ugo.com/tv/dick-bosses/

There are cool bosses and then there are dick bosses. The boss that takes you out on his dime and buys you limoncello shooters is a cool boss. The boss that makes you work on weekends and calls your phone from two desks away is a dick boss. We've had both here at UGO, and we're not exactly sure what kind we have right now. He buys us drinks on occasion, but the dude turns into a steaming demon penis when we don't hit our traffic numbers at the end of the month. These are the legends right here. Chris Radtke just barely missed the cut.

Vince McMahon - The WWE

Any boss that makes his employees literally and publically kiss his ass qualifies as being a big dick. On screen, Vince McMahon manipulates, punishes and rewards his employees according to his whims. Give the boss a little lip? He'll send out 3 guys to beat you down. Behind the scenes, McMahon's reputation doesn't deviate too much from his character. Case in point: November 9, 1997 in Montreal, Quebec. McMahon changes the script on Bret Hart by colluding with referee Earl Hebner and wrestler Shawn Michaels to take the heavywieght championship off of the Hitman.
