10 Worst advertisers according to the Parents Television Council - we should support these :D
PTC wants to boycott these products because these companies tend to advertise on TV shows that the PTC deems 'unacceptable'. Looks like a good list of companies we should support!

1. I already support 3 of them.
I always buy L'Oreal hair products and cosmetics. And I shop at Target and Kohl's frequently since they are both very near where I live.

2. Ah, the struggle to prevent children from knowing that sex exists.
After all, we have to protect them from the knowledge that they are the products of an evil, sinful biological process. :eyes:

10. I'm so glad my teen is able to ask me about these things when necessary

I try to keep communication open... I really think you can't ignore kids questions about sexuality and hope they will go away.

Haven't they figured out that abstinence only doesn't work? :eyes: God forbid anyone should use common sense and reason to figure these things out!

3. Yes, we all know that driving a Toyoto to Kohl's while drinking a Pepsi makes kids have sex!!
Education and honest answers are the best way to help kids get through the "temptation" years. Each of our three daughters approached us with questions before it was a serious concern and they each had a reaction something like "Ew, gross!"

7. Don't wear make up; hate cell phones, cars, Pepsi products
Target and Kohl's aren't in bike friendly locations.

What the hell does Reckitt make? Maybe I'll buy some.

13. You need to use L'Oreal products and I think you could top out that list
It's tough with 3 cars on there athough 10 years ago I could have owned a Geo Prism which was a Toyota made car sold under the GM banner.

14. I often drive my Toyota to Target to pick up some L'Oreal mascara.
Occasionally, I will have a diet Pepsi on the way, then stop at Kohl's afterward.

It's in every TV. Are they too stupid or lazy to use it? Oh, I forgot they want to dictate what other people watch as well.

22. The few shows I watch are "Red"
Lost, Family Guy, Law & Order: SVU, and Life On Mars.

I love the Green list. A whole lot of cancelled crap, plus "Deal or No Deal" (money-grubbing nitwits and scantily clad bimbettes) and "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition", hosted by a drunk (ask the staff at manchester's Black Brimmer and Red Arrow Diner).

I guess kids are better off watching reality twaddle than a well-acted, well-written drama.
