Outlook Express Spam blockers?
Are there any good Outlook Express spam blockers? I'm starting to get messages in a secret e-mail account.

Thanks!

B

1. So timely
I was wondering this same thing this morning. I'll be looking to see what great responses you get.

2. Mailwasher
www.mailwasher.net

It checks your mail before you download it, and you can create blocked user lists much easier.

And it's free, but I donated money to the guy when I first got it.

3. It's already there ...
in a way.

Open up OE and in the menus, select Message | Create Rule from Message ...

You can then define rules to handle emails based on address or words in the subject line and decide how to process them, delete on server, send to a folder, etc.

It's not 100% efficient ... it all depends on how you set it up. But, it's there and can definitely help.

4. Girlfriend signed up with knowspam.net recently
Don't know how it's worked out for her, but you might want to check it out. We were a bit annoyed when its robot sent me email asking me to confirm my humanity before it would allow me to email her even though she has put me on her good emailer list, but nobody's perfect.
