This has been on local news here, and that poor kitten was half brain dead stoned when they found him. He has lung damage, and it is not certain he'll be eligible for adoption. I don't know how he could even breathe in that contraption.

In the news last night, that asshole that trapped him like that said he was just pissed about being busted for pot all the time, so he was going to get even.

Who wants to hold him down, while I bust his chops?
