3. Johnny Cash of course
I'm generally not that adverse to someone "reimagining" a song but what that guy did to Ring of Fire on American Idol was hideous...

9. yeah I think Dilana's on "Rockstar" was better than the one on American Idol.
He kind of tried to turn it into a Britney Spears quasi-porn video.

7. J.Cash. I'd like to hear Social Distortion's version though - I really
like them more and more every time I hear them.
"I Was Wrong" is absoultely great.

11. Youtube Link to Wall of Voodoo's version because it rocks
Edited on Sat Mar-21-09 04:06 PM by Goblinmonger
I still voted Johnny Cash, but this is clearly the best cover in my opinion.

Live Version--song starts at 0:50

Cleaner non-live version if you are so disposed.

edit: to put in the link 'cause I'm a dumbass.

19. Although I feel the Wall of Voodoo version is the best
now that I have had a chance to listen to The Bobs' version, I think it's an even tie :D

Listening to it a second time now.
