I was impressed, way back in 87 or so, to see them show his Lil'Atom Smasher in the comic, and I'm glad that they didn't shy from it in the film.

Back when Splash came out, Ron Howard defended Daryl Hannah's toplessness by asserting that "mermaids don't wear bikinis," or something to that effect. I submit that reintegrated supermen wouldn't wear briefs, either...
