Luckily, I love snakes!! His first instinct is to kill them. I had to nip that in the bud real quick.

One was a Eastern Worm snake! It was tiny and cute!

The other was a Brown snake!

As long as the water moccasins, copperheads, and rattlesnakes stay away I am happy.

At first I thought it was a SF garter snake, but it didn't have a green stripe.

We have one.
Although I haven't seen it yet this year. But I see the holes and paths in our bushes. We had one a few years back.

5. Once, I was washing my cats' litter boxes outside.
The grass in their outside playpen was nice and green. It was night time, but I had a floodlight on. I was barefooted.

It must have gotten pretty wet in its burrow, because a worm snake wriggled up right between by left big toe and second toe. It was the funniest feeling. I love those snakes. I love snakes in general, but those are special to me.

6. I found a garter snake in the garden at the cottage. I picked it up to show
my little nephew (3) and he screamed...GIVE IT BACK TO ITS' MUMMY NOW! He was so cute.
