His 'N Hers bathrooms: Took some getting used to
OK, same house as His 'N Hers Kitchen.

We also have His 'N Hers bathrooms.

Sometimes I really kinda wonder about the couple we bought this house from.
:eyes:

Miz t. and I had shared a bathroom for about 25 years.
Wasn't a problem.
We figured the honeymoon was over one morning when I was sitting on the throne and she came in to brush her teeth.
"Oh...Hi."
"Um...Hi?"
Togetherness?

Anyway, now I have my very own sink, toilet, shower, and cabinet space.
Small, but adequate.
Hers is a bit larger than mine (more counter top and cabinets/drawers), but with the same basic equipment.

I find I like it.
So does Miz t.

P.S. We still cohabitate in our sleeping arrangements.
:-)

1. When we lived in Virginia, we had his and hers bathrooms
Was very nice. Now we don't, and it's OK, too (he's much neater when he knows he has to share). But we'll go back to a his/hers arrangement as soon as we can.

4. My wifes grandparents were that way,,,
Rather than get a divorce, they bought a duplex.

3. our house in PHX had two sinks in the bathroom
we never used one, so here we pulled out the extra vanity and put in a HUGE walk in shower

haven't missed that extra sink yet

and yeah, I wander in sometimes when he's on the 'throne' but I do so at my own risk......

it ain't roses that he's been eating is all I'll say.......

5. We shared a bathroom for about 2 years. It was not good. He's a bathroom door
locker, and a bathroom hog. I remember several times contemplating going pee in the cats' litter box because I wasn't sure how much longer I could hold it while he futzed around in there. I hope I never have to go back from two bathrooms to one. That would be a sad day indeed.

6. Re: the two kitchens. Was the couple kosher by any chance? I knew a couple that
was strict kosher to the point of having two sets of appliances, cookware and dishes.
