Whats For Dinner Me Having KFC

1. A bowl of pudding and some wonton noodles.

I just don't want to cook tonight...

2. Well..

I took cheeseburger hamburger helper, cooked it and added in onion and some mexican type spices. Then I took a flour tortilla, spread some refried beans, the HH, some sour cream and salsa and rolled it up. kind of a burrito type of thing.

3. Green chili cheese and brown rice enchiladas.

With lettuce shreds (my new favorite prepared grocery item) sour cream and Pico de gallo. Oh and maybe some Coronas, depending on how Mr. Gut is feeling.

He'll be here any min, and then we're doing Thai. I'll probably have mock duck.

I'll make some sort of sides when it gets closer to 'done'.

This is something of an experiment since our oven is messed up; i've been 'baking' various meat and fish entrees in that skillet for the last few weeks (with varying degrees of success). This is the first time i've tried doing bone-in chicekn.

21. Crockpot beef stew

Had to do something with the freezer-burned meat. Won't throw it out and cooking it in liquid makes it come out tender as hell.
