Eagles, Redskins and Giants fans unite!
I think it's safe to say that we are united in our hatred/loathing for any and all things Cowpie.

Please show your support by adding "44-6" to your sigline.

*This request isn't limited to only Dallas' NFC East contenders. All football fans are free to join us.

11. And take a look at the big picture of the game
All the Cowboys had to do was beat the Eagles. And on paper the Cowboys were considered the better team than the Eagles. Hell the Eagles looked lackluster against another team that was good but not great - the Washington Redskins. We limped thru a loss just a week ago.

Winning the game would NOT put the Eagles in the playoffs. We had to expect not one but TWO miracles - other teams playing against teams that on paper were not as good as the Eagles. Oakland and Houston were not very good teams and NEITHER team was expected to chalk up wins against superior teams like Tampa Bay or Chicago.

http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/recap?gid=20081228021&prov=ap

A Mircle happened on 12/28/08. Because when THREE unlikely events occur that is nothing short of a miracle. We should ask the pope to look into Saintly intervention for such a miracle.

And even after we knew that two of the 3 miracles had happened - Tampa Bay & Chicago losing, all the Eagles had to do was just win the game. Hell a 3-2 win over the Cowboys would have done the trick.

But instead we HUMILIATED the cowboys. I could have gathered up 11 people off the streets and they would have played a much more competitive game against the Eagles then what the Cowboys did.

44-6 will be a number that we will remember forever and ever!

16. I could actually mix in a little 42-17
certain Cowpie apologists enjoy ribbing me about the "'Aints". As it happens, the last time the two teams met was in a nationally televised Sunday night game at the old Texas Stadium:

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/recap?gameId=261210006

Facing his former boss for the first time, Payton called for a reverse on a fourth-and-1 and made featured players out of guys who had never scored. Everything he drew up worked so well that the first-year head coach was brazen enough to call for an onside kick while his New Orleans Saints already were well on their way to a 42-17 victory over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night....

Yeah, right, said Brees, who took advantage of Payton's nifty play-calling to match his career high with five touchdown passes, all before the third quarter ended. The only excitement in the fourth was Payton getting doused by a bucket of Gatorade....

Romo had the worst game of his budding career: 16-of-33 for 249 yards, with two interceptions and a fluke touchdown to Terrell Owens on what would have been another pickoff if cornerback Fred Thomas wasn't wearing a cast....

The Cowboys (8-5) had won four straight games and five of six. They were playing so well that on Monday he spoke to them about what it takes to win a championship.

for '09 - they have made a lot of changes for younger players - more speed, more endurance - and I think they will make some good draft picks.
44-6 44-6 44-6 44-6 44-6 :nopity: :spank:
