My ass was getting a little out of shape, so I devised a great exercise.

I get in the driver's seat of my truck, and kneel, facing back wards, away from the steering wheel.

I place my ass against the wheel and go for a drive, steering with my ass the whole time, while looking out my back window. This is a great ass work out.

When I need to accelerate or brake, I just stretch my leg back and down. This is great for the hamstrings.

Before you start getting all excited, wondering how I can see while looking out my back window, I can usually tell which way to turn by the manner in which the driver behind me is freaking the fuck out.
