Anyone ever replied to a Craigslist personal ad?

I did the other day, just for the heck of it. (Don't worry, it was an 18-year-old, not some sketchy old creeper person).

Turns out, it's a friend of mine who goes to my school. Haha.

(She's actually quite cute. And I may have a date sometime soon. Yay me.)

So, needless to say, we didn't continue the relationship.

Senior year of college my roommate runs into the living room with a camera, looking impish, and takes a picture of me.

An hour later she has me up for sale on ebay.

A day later some guy from NC has it up to 12000+ and plane tickets and motel stay to visit him for a weekend.

I relocated the dirty dishes to my roommate's bedroom, problem solved.

Usually just ended up with a new friend out of the deal, though. :)
