Ritalin
I'm on it finally. Now maybe I won't be driven to distraction by distractions.

Anyone else on this as an adult?

5. I'm dead heading my way back home.
I didn't know I was so tired!

The last day (Wednesday) was long and hard. I was staring at Jeff's taillights at 6:15 AM until 9:15 PM. I was so tired and it was raining so I slept in the backseat of my jeep instead of driving another 1/2 hour to a motel for the night.

I just managed to keep my old job moving shampoo bottles around. The boss just ask me to let him know when I would be gone for an extended time so he could get coverage.

What highway were the escorts on?

7. It's gotta be a tough job

One group was on a huge piece of earth-moving equipment, and the other one was on something that looked like it would go on huge electrical towers.

Moving shampoo bottles around??

12. Yep. We move what America really needs to keep on going.
I met some guys from Texas that were moving a 15'9" tall generator into an eastern Pennsylvania windmill field.

Since April of last year I've had a job for a broker that specializes in high end hair care products. I pays very little but I don't want to let it go until I really can't be in two places at one time.

The escort business will grow. However until I'm so busy that I need to turn down jobs I don't want to let go of the shampoo gig.
I made more money in the last 3 weeks escorting than I did in the past 12 months for the broker.

13. Maybe we should talk
If I had a car that would make those kinds of trips, I would consider doing it.

16. 1st ~ Call DOT in your state.
The written test is easy.

You could probably do local short runs with the car you have. It's a start. Lots of escorts never run out of state and still make a good living.

I want the long runs and the short ones too!

I'll help you figure out to put it all together if you really are interested. In the North it is a seasonal business. A good rule of thumb is to save 1/2 of what you earn in the warm months to tide you over through the winter. Me. I'm looking to run all winter by working in the warmer states. I'll get back home when the work dies down.

8. I'm wondering if this is going to have the same effect
I have insomnia anyway, but I think it's more due to ADD than anything. The lights never go off in my brain - it just keeps cooking. :(

10. I read that people with ADD are deficient in
Omega-3's and possibly other vital nutrients. There have been recent studies on kids that faired well with a change in diet. Just trying to help. Peace.

11. Diet change is starting this weekend
Allergies are out of control and I'm not getting any younger. :-(

Omega-3's are supposed to be good for lungs too. Good news to an asthmatic. :)

14. Hey, I’ll bet the Ritalin will help your asthma too.
And I know that it can help people with ADD sleep, it basically has the opposite effect that it would have on people without ADD. Good luck to you with it.
