I'm watching QVC and there is a Haier 32-inch TV

I am suffering now with a 20=inch and the picture quality of awful. So, I need a TV that is larger and with better quality and this TV looked like a good bargain. I waas in Wal-Mart a couple of months ago and the cheapest 32-inch HDTV was about $500.
