The Neo-repus would eat his liver for lunch...

3. really interesting and important,
because republicans need to take their party back from the extremists who have hijacked it.

But I agree, whoever designed that site was not thinking ...

With a redesign though it would be good.

4. On the issues...
Quote from the site:

"Gay Rights: The two biggest issues here are gay marriages and gays in the military. Plain and simple, gay marriages should be legalized. Those who argue that it destroys the sanctity of marriage have failed to defend that sanctity on every other front. By definition, the "sanctity" is supporting the spiritual and religious basis of marriage. Yet, those who would defend the "sanctity" of marriage did not fight tooth and nail like this to prevent non-religious marriages from being performed by a Justice of the Peace. Though that is between a man and a woman, it is no more "sanctified" than gay marriage. The anti-gay marriage movement is pure homophobia and/or discrimination;..."

You know, this is so weird, because the far-right wingers, like Pat Buchanan disagree with Smirk* also.

5. Interesting
I agree on the site redesign needed. It looks like a rant.

It kind of is a rant, really. A good one.

I disagree with the old style republicans about most things, but I honestly believe they had the interests of the people at heart. I think the neo cons don't care who they destroy to get what they want.

6. After further reading
Check out their views on drug legalization:

Another tough issue, but one where most True Republicans would again take a moderate viewpoint. In the case of marijuana, total legalization is in order, regardless of any medical benefits or lack thereof. Marijuana is simply no worse than alcohol or tobacco. The only reason it is not legal is because it doesn't have the history of legalization that alcohol or tobacco have and, therefore, it does not have the foothold of acceptance in American society.

That's exactly what I think.
