3. HONEST -- Guinness helps you lose weight
Overweight friend of mine went to Ireland and drank Guinness every day for lunch and dinner. she came home 5 pounds lighter. she says it's because it made her feel full -- even though Guinness really doesn't have all that many calories. Plus, it's packed with nutrients!

Honest!

(and I'm a doctor. well, also a Guinness lover)
