SC Sec of Ed's sex writings: The crime is the quality of her writing
So, I just read Education Secretary Kristin Maguire's work under the pen name Bridget Keeney. I can't believe that this woman was the Secretary of Education! Her writing is atrocious!!!

I mean, have you read this shit? It's horrible! I would at least expect the Secretary of Education to know how to properly use commas. :eyes:

Isn't she now hiding out in Canada?

3. How fitting that a Repug sex fantasy starts with record corporate profits
I couldn't get through more than 1 laughable page, but it seems fitting that a repug's sex fantasy starts with corporate profits.

if I understand it (not sure I do because it's so unclear), someone masturbates with a the trophy received for the record corporate profits!

Dag, talk about Marx's fetishism of commodities!

9. Yes. there was a movement several years ago to move conservatives to SC
Conservatives wanted a state to "control" with sheer numbers. South Carolina was picked as a bastion of conservative values. So, many conservatives loaded up and moved to SC. I know one in particular who relocated his family there. :eyes:

SC is a poor state. There are pockets of appalling poverty in the rural areas. The voters there consistently vote against their better interests.

13. Isn't it amazing? I truly could not believe this guy I knew
He moved to SC because of its "values." The educational system there, with a few exceptions in more prosperous areas, sucks.

No big deal to my ex-friend. They home school.

5. She needs a good editor
I know some erotica writers. Ms. Maguire seems to be adept at using obscenities, but she doesn't have a lot of emotional resonance in her work, which is typically the thing that draws women readers.

Of course, IMHO, YMMV.

16. "Dear Penthouse..."
I bet that the Penthouse editors wouldn't read past the first paragraph of that story before tossing it into the trash.

17. It also violates the first rule
All stories must begin with variations of "I never thought this would happen to me" or "This is an absolutely true story". :D

19. So she resigned
not in remorse for violating the trust of her constituents, but in shame at her lack of writing skill.
