1. Buelah...
When you see this kind of jibberish, it has something to do with trying to circumvent your spam filter.

For some reason, random words sometimes trick your computer into not recognizing the email as spam.

A lot of email spammers use this tactic.

4. Okay, I can understand the concept of doing that to get past the filters,
