2. Lol. They explained in detail how he did it...
the guy seemed terribly intelligent...he was a very successful lawyer in NYC. But he was also involved in this scheme where he had hedge funds literally throwing money at him for a phony investment scheme... tens of millions of dollars at a time.

It wasn't real big in the news, because it happened at about the same time Bernie Madoff got caught, or prosecuted...
