Yes, I watched Titanic last night. I have no clue why - I was just vegging out on a Sunday evening before Entourage came on HBO.

It was that scene where DiCaprio sketches Kate Winslet naked. Of course they cut out Winsett's naked breast but for some reason they showed the drawing of the breast.

If you can show a drawing of one then just show the real thing. I mean they're only breasts, geesh!

You may be referring to Basic Cable vs. Premium, but they're both pay cable. FCC regulation of cable networks is subject to the same obscenity standards as broadcast stations but unless it's changed recently the cable networks aren't subject to FCC action for indecent content(e.g. naked boobs) during the day/early evening hours.
