Just got a 1917 S penny. Is there an online place where I can find out whether it's worth more than face value?

6. Did so, once my very slow dialup let me.
Found one site where same date penny went for 8k, but it was uncirculated. More were around 15 cents, one site went all the way up to 40 cents. Thanks for the input!

7. I think the new Deep Dish St. Gaudens gold piece is really cool.
They have some other name for Deep Dish but that is what I came up with. :D
