So...how paranoid should I be?

Ok, not paranoid...but I am always overly cautious of sickness because I can't afford to miss any school...at all.
So this morning I found out my friends little sister has the swine flu. I was over at their house yesterday, but I didn't come into very close contact with her. But I know the virus can live on surfaces, etc. So what do you think? Should I just drink a bunch of orange juice? lol
And why did I post here...? Because I can't think of anywhere else to post. If I ask my dad...well last week I was sick and he was freaking out thinking I had it then. So asking him for advice is not a good option. So...thanks if you have anything. lol :hi:

1. It sounds like the odds are slim that you caught the virus

still eating right, avoiding stress, getting plenty of rest are about all you can do at this point. As a general rule of thumb you should wash your hands frequently, avoid close contact with those that are ill and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth are your best preventative measures.
