But I'm afraid the mods will shut it down. Please don't, mods.

I already told the woman of my dreams. Gotta tell a friend now, and you're it, folks. :D Can't do much about it this very evening, 'cause my Sweet Baby's not feeling too good today, but . . . .

i think my libido is coming back. . . . shh . . . . i don't wanna jinx it

1. That's cool
That's the spice of life actually. Now if I could only get mine back.

And not getting any answers lately. :) I usually lose it when I don't have a gf.

Depression can really pull all sorts of crap on our bodies.

Now tell me how you did it, so I can get mine back too.

On edit: Not that mine will do any good with Sapph being so far away, but hey, when she comes over next, she might be lucky if we make it to the car. ;)

4. It's really, really weird.

I think these things are what precipitated it:

The other night, I dreamed about my wedding night as if it happened -- was engaged to a man 20 years ago -- and it was really, really nasty and ugly. I'm thinking maybe it was a subconscious "be grateful you know who you are -- now go do something about it!" kick.

Then: I've had "Cell Block Tango" stuck in my head for three days, and although most of the women in that number are too damned skinny (all but Catherine Zeta Jones, in fact), watching the couples dance, I dunno, just did it for me. Got me thinking, I guess....

Or maybe I'm full of shit, and maybe my body's just waking up. I had a surgery site get infected two years ago and I thought I was going to lose my right foot. I lost my libido instead. Hard to believe it's been that long, or that that horrid infection could've cost such a high price, but I guess it's possible. (Maybe it was the anti-biotics -- me & DC postal workers, chuggin' 'em down around the same time. Poor postal workers.)

I'm rambling. I'm trying not to jinx it!

3. Maybe I could give you a transfusion
Because mine is ready steady. I'm 31 and looking at all the young women at college makes me feel like I'm a teenager again. I've almost seriously embarassed myself a couple of times. I'm having a hard time keeping things under control and I have no mate to help me out with things. It's just me and my imagination.

7. Go with it, BV!
Maybe it's the fact that spring is just around the corner? Don't fight it -- and I know you won't!

Am so glad for you -- :toast:
