10. God Bless You, denbot!
Today, when you talk about 45s to a young person, you're talking about guns.

11. I had to get one of those at a local record shop not long ago
I bought an old 45 off eBay, then when I got it realized I had no way to play it on my turntable. I remember seeing them on my friend's 45s growing up.

12. still have em, still use em, and no , I'm not kidding
I have hundreds of 45's that I still love to listen to every once in a while, a great turntable, and as god is my witness , there are a few right next to it just raring to be cranked up to eleven (but not till tomorrow; too late in an apt. building)....Tyrone Davis, Garnett Mims and the Enchanters, Sam and Dave, Johnnie Taylor ( Who's Makin Love to Your Ol' Lady, while You're Out Makin Love), Pacific Gas and Electric.......

14. I have a tie covered in that design.
Got it at an art museum, possibly in Atlanta. None of the kids I teach know what it is, of course.
