Craigslist ad: Free, world's dumbest Yellow Lab
4 years old,
will dig bomb craters in your yard.
won't take a bath but will jump in a ditch full of muddy water.
Chain him up and he will destroy everything in chains reach.
Turn him loose and he will piss off your neighbors for sure.
Gets in the trash, every chance.

Current shots, heartworm meds, just spent $400 on his DA at the vet 2 months ago.

Done with his hide, impossible to train.

Come and get him out of my back yard.

I owned a previous incarnation of that dog!

1. I had that dog, too.
I loved him anyway.

He was a yellow Lab.

2. Some "friends" gave us ours when they got divorced
The husband got the house and so got the dog, but had no time to spend with him. He was a good dog on a sixty acre farm, I can't imagine how he could be managed in town in a small yard. We loved him dearly with all his faults, but he was dumb as a post. Rex the Wonder Dog (we wondered if he had a brain). He lived with us until we came home one day and he had passed away. He was bout fourteen so I guess he had a good long life for a big dog.

3. We own that dog now.
He is a 3 year old yellow lab named Max. My kids call him "Maximum destruction". I have to be very careful cutting the grass in the back yard. I have twisted my ankle several times stepping in his dug out craters. He is also fond of shoes, Webkinz, Lincoln logs, fish tanks (with fish), books, Barbie dolls, trains and anything else that may be left laying around. What he won't chew is the raw hide bones we supply for him. Go figure. Not enough flavor I guess.

But, we love him dearly.

Peace.
