I bought a dress which looked really cute on line

but seeing how I am not a hooker, I have decided to return the dress that does not cover my naughties.

3. I had something like that happen...undisclosed embroidered design

The pic showed a very pretty pink dress from the late 1920s, in my size, and it had sleeves so I could wear it at work (I thought). It came with a certificate of decommission from a museum's fashion collection and it was described in text as "feminine and appealing" and other good stuff. However, there was no return policy...

They didn't mention the embroidered neckline, which featured several interlocked swastikas in a "Greek key" design. I know that the swastika was put on lots of stuff as a generic good luck symbol, like a horseshoe, and I know that the Greek key is a common motif...but I just couldn't stomach wearing it, even if I put a scarf over the neckline.

I ended up donating it.

technically it fit, but the waist seemed to high, and it was short in the pic, but apparently the model can pull off that look and I can't.

didn't have a length of skirt in inches.
