This dog needs a home -- can anyone in Georgia help her out?

A friend of mine of Flickr posted a picture of this sweet girl -- she is an older dog and was left at a kill shelter. There is a link to the shelter below her photo.

Her picture broke my heart -- she looks like such a sweetheart. Older dogs usually are not adopted; people prefer pups or younger dogs.

Any help that any of you might be able to offer would be appreciated.

And dumped with her 7-year old brother. If I had a home myself, I would certainly take them. :(
