Speaking of Christmas movies - anybody else ever seen "The Bishop's Wife"
1948 - starred Cary Grant, David Niven and Loretta Young.
I have watched it 3 times waiting to understand what is supposed to be so great about this movie. But all I can see is a real dog.

1. I don't get it either.
I lost interest during the first half hour.

2. I've always enjoyed the movie. Different strokes for different folks.
On imdb.com it does get 7.5 out of 10 stars. Any one of us could pick out our most favorite movie and I guarantee that somebody would think that it sucks.

3. I agree. My wife thinks it is a really good show.

ETA - I bring it up because it is clearly a Christmas show. Yet when Christmas shows are discussed this one hardly ever makes the list.

4. by any chance
are you watching This! Network.

I'm pretty much convinced that if you transpose the T/s in This it describes the majority of movies they feature. }(

actually it's an Ok film.
