What is your basic coinage?
For me, it's the nickle. I try to avoid buying things with pennies, though I hoard them. I will buy a cup of to go coffee, for example, if I have a bunch of nickles, dimes, quarters or a few dollars around, but won't dip into my penny stash. I suppose it's annoying enough for the cashier to count larger change, let alone a bunch of pennies.

3. I think you are talking about a two dollar coin
we need to start doing that here in America. It costs two dollars to ride the bus,it would nicer to just use one coin instead of fumbling around with two dollars. They would be great for vending machines too.

If I had to pay full fare on the bus, and didn't get free tokens every month, I would use two dollar bills to ride.

8. Dollar coins. I use them all the time.
They're especially nice if you're somewhere where you don't feel comfortable pulling out your wallet.
