As I recall, the inauguration was sometime in 2052 or so. If it's their son, the son would have to be a very young POTUS.

4. Actually I was looking around for a picture of him and found some site where someone

worked out the math based on the announcement of it being the 57th POTUS or something, and it was totally off (something like the parents would be 110 and the son would be 80). Whoever worked that out has way too much time on their hands. :)

No the story is told in reverse, they are sitting at their sons inauguration, then time reverses to show their son at younger and younger ages, then the wife pregnant, then their wedding, then you see the man on the platform. He sees the woman of his dreams, changes his ticket and jumps on the train. Believe me, I stop and watch that ad whenever it's on. ;) Not that I even remember what the ad is actually advertising.

If it's the 57th POTUS, it would have to be at least 2065 until he's sworn in (that would assume that all Presidents, from Obama on, all have 1 term presidencies). It's always seemed a very bizarre commercial to me.
