Bull Leaps Into Bullring Stands In Spain

MADRID -- A bull leapt into the packed grandstands of a Spanish bullring and ran amok, charging and trampling spectators and leaving 40 people injured, regional officials said Thursday.

It looks like this was an event where the animals aren't killed during the 'fight', which is no excuse for terrorizing the animal to the extent that it injures itself and leaps from the ring, but I find it a bit more sad that the bull would have survived if they'd managed to lead it off in the first place...

This bullfighting video is going to turn your stomach, on one hand. On the other hand, it's a lesson on how not to treat animals. This gentleman is especially critical of Spanish bullfighting.
