Phillies Roy Oswalt shuts out Atlanta - Phillies tied with Yankees and Twins for best team in baseball. 9 games remain in the season.

1. Phillies are playing outstanding baseball right now
I remember watching Oswalt start in DC his first day with you guys and he was AWFUL. Hard to believe this is the same pitcher I saw July 30th
