Liberal guys are usually cool and down to earth. The cool guys always attract the hot women, and therefore have good looking babies.

Conservative guys are usually uptight and social wallflowers. Ever wonder why they have so much hate? They can't attract hot women because they don't know how to talk to them and therefore marry whatever is available. ergo the ugly babies.

Liberals tend to live in cities, and they tend to be more willing to use public transit and/or walk. Conservatives are much more likely to live in suburban sprawl where you absolutely depend on your car to get around, and they get less exercise.

THis is a very large generalization, and people of any ideology can be truly strange looking. I was a Funny Looking Kid so I hope it's OK for me to say this. That said, I think left-leaning women look better for their age on average because we have more of an interest in holistic matters like diet, getting outdoors (the environment), educating ourselves, etc. Women whose only intellectual stimulation is the Wednesday pot-luck prayer meeting just don't have that focus on improving the body/mind that we do.
